Workshops and webinars

For Michaelmas 2025, we are offering sessions that are designed for a broad audience who may be unfamiliar with AI or would like to learn more about the field in general.

Our trainers also offer a variety of on-demand workshops for teams who are already familiar with AI. You can request one of these custom trainings through our Custom Training Enquiry Form.

Below are listed our courses titles for the upcoming term, if any are of interest please click through to learn more.

You can also find links to some of the other training happening across the University under Other training

Our trainings are organised into four 'audience exposure' levels as follows:

  • Level 1: Never used AI
These individuals have no prior experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar. They may be unfamiliar with basic terminology and functionality.
  • Level 2: Sometimes use AI
Users in this group have experimented with AI occasionally - perhaps using it for idea generation, writing help, or coding assistance, but not consistently.
  • Level 3: Use AI on a daily basis
Regular AI users who likely incorporate tools into their daily workflow. They are typically comfortable with prompts, plugins, and productivity use cases.
  • Open to all
This applies to sessions open to all experience levels. Content is likely designed to be inclusive and adaptable depending on participant input.
