Cloudforce nebulaONE®
nebulaONE® is Oxford's self-hosted platform providing secure access to multiple AI models through a single interface.

How to Access
Access is currently only available through the University pilot.
Important caveat: Some models (like Anthropic) may not yet have full enterprise agreements. Check current status before using with highly sensitive data.
Cloudforce nebulaONE® information for pilot users
Access and usage
Pilot users can access the nebulaONE® platform via https://genai.ox.ac.uk/ and log in using their SSO credentials. Please note: if you are not on the Cloudforce nebulaONE® pilot, you will not be able to log in to the platform.
During the pilot phase, which lasts until the end of July, no costs to users are foreseen. However, depending on the response rate of our participants, there is the possibility we may need to curb usage. As such we cannot guarantee no cost.
Be aware that should you wish to deploy your AI solution after the end of the pilot in July, there would be costs involved. We are unable to provide exact details on these costs at the moment, but will be able to provide clearer quotes closer to the time.
You may notice that there are multiple models available in the nebulaONE® platform. These are open source models, and that company (E.G. Mistral AI) has no access to your data. All models within this platform are run through the University’s Azure servers.
Usage of any ChatGPT models in the nebulaONE® platform does not affect your weekly usage limits on the ChatGPT Edu platform - these are separate.
Support
Your main source of communication and support is the private NebulaONE Pilot channel in the Generative AI SIG teams. Pilot participants have been added to this channel already. Please share any of your learnings or questions on there. This is also your first line of contact to the AI Competency Centre team.
