Curious about AI but not sure where to begin? This beginner-friendly training is designed to introduce you to Oxford’s new GenAI tools, focussing on Google Gemini.
In a supportive, jargon-free session, you will learn how to access Gemini with your Oxford Single Sign-On (SSO), see practical demonstrations of how it can help with everyday tasks (from summarising research to drafting emails, brainstorming ideas, or analysing data), and pick up tips for asking better questions (prompts) to get the results you need.
No prior experience with AI is required, and all questions are welcome. By the end, you will feel confident to start experimenting with Gemini in your own work.
