Building on Your First Steps with ChatGPT: Introductory Training for Everyone, this follow-on course takes a hands-on look at ChatGPT’s more advanced features.

Through live demonstrations, you’ll see how tools like Canvas, Custom GPTs, Projects, Memories, Data Analysis, Voice Mode, and Company Knowledge can help you work more efficiently. We’ll show practical examples from research, teaching, and administration across the University, and there will be time for questions and discussion throughout.

There are three offerings to choose from:

1. Online training
   A free 90-minute webinar for all staff
2. In-person training
   A free 90-minute course at IT Services, Banbury Road, open to all staff
3. Group training
   Custom training can be requested to get your entire team/department upskilled together at a time that suits you (SSO staff login required)
