Drawing on her experience implementing the University's original competency centres, Isabelle is the AI Competency Centre Manager, where she oversees a wide range of activities from strategic planning to the hands-on logistics of user onboarding. She translates high-level strategy into concrete action, driving the adoption of generative AI tools across the institution by building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Having led the University's generative AI enterprise pilot programmes, she currently manages the resulting large-scale generative AI licence deployment and education programme across the university. Working with vendors and stakeholders, she aims to ensure a successful provision of ChatGPT Edu and Gemini licences to all staff and students.
