Drawing on her experience implementing the University's original competency centres, Isabelle is the AI Competency Centre Manager, where she oversees a wide range of activities from strategic planning to the hands-on logistics of user onboarding. She translates high-level strategy into concrete action, driving the adoption of generative AI tools across the institution by building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. She currently manages the GenAI Enterprise pilots, working with vendors and stakeholders to track and report on the successful university-wide deployment of more than 700 ChatGPT Edu and Copilot for M365 licences.
